Novice

Always inside my own head

Never bothered letting the world know

the minimal talent I had in me

Just kept it hidden and low

When I finally realize, the talent in me is a treasure

worth sharing around and across

and keeping the copyrights reserved,

I find it's very difficult to gain exposure

in a world where exist experts

and I, a mere newbie, am struggling to be heard

It's OK though, Rome wasn't built in a day

All I pray is for the power to stay awake

Not hide in the cocoon of my head

If unfortunately, i had to fall and break

And I hope I have enough courage

To keep walking every time i meet failure

And not turn back to the crossroads

where I'd taken the first steps earlier.
